In addition to the standard warranty, Filix Lighting offers an automatic replacement policy for defective products valued up to 1000€, ensuring peace of mind for customers. If a product is found to be defective within this value range, it will be replaced at no extra cost, provided the defect is due to materials or workmanship.

To take advantage of the warranty or replacement policy, customers can complete the warranty request form and return the defective product. The policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Filix Lighting is committed to addressing customer concerns promptly and providing satisfactory solutions. The company values customer trust and looks forward to continuing its relationship with clients, offering support whenever needed.

3–5-Year Warranty: Covers material and manufacturing defects for up to 5 years from purchase, depending on the product.

Automatic Replacement: Free replacement for defective items valued up to 1000€, due to materials/manufacturing.

Claim Process: Submit a warranty form and return the product. Excludes misuse, abuse, and normal wear.
