This workshop will give an overview of generic lighting concepts for water/underwater features, will present the general guidelines and showcase the possible lighting tools. Furthermore it intends to show the potential of these elements within the overall lighting scheme, present new conceptual approaches as well as technical developments around the topic. Technical and design-related limitations, restrictions and principles will be reviewed for alternative approaches and solutions to positively develop a more pleasant lighting scheme. The intent is to share and co-create potentially new applications, ultimately leading to the benefit of more designers and planners.
