• Glass Cover: IK10 impact resistance certified according to IEC 62262. Crystal-clear tempered glass with a soda-lime chemical composition, 10mm (0.39”) thick. Conforms to RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863.
• IP Rating: IP68 rated as per IEC 60598-2-23, certified for permanent submersion. Tested for a minimum of 16 hours in an IP chamber with a pressure test of 1.2 bar.
• Installation Depth: Maximum certified installation depth of up to 5m (16’) in saltwater or pool water, per IEC 60598-2-23.
• Surface Material: CNC-machined from AISI316L stainless steel bars, containing a minimum of 20% recycled material in its composition.
• Environment Compatibility: Suitable for chlorine and marine environments due to the high corrosion resistance of AISI316L stainless steel.
• Cable: Outer jacket made of EPDM elastomeric rubber, conforming to Class 3 of UL 62, resistant to oil contact up to 60°C, UV exposure, and wet installation. • Cable Gland: External surface made from AISI316L stainless steel, providing extra protection against water intrusion. Inner seal made from Neoprene, offering excellent resistance to environmental factors for effective sealing against moisture, air, and chemicals. Conforms to EN 62444:2013 and EN 60423:2008 standards.
• Silicone: High-performance neutral cure silicone adhesive/sealant designed for strong but flexible bonds. Stable from -40°C (-40°F) to 180°C (356°F). Conforms to RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863.
• Installation: Designed for press-fit installation, ensuring no visible components after installation, allowing the product to blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
• Surface Protection: Passivated per ISO 15730:2023 standard to enhance the natural corrosion resistance of AISI316L stainless steel by removing contaminants that may contribute to corrosion.
• Material Testing: Tested in a salt chamber in accordance with ISO 9227:2017 (NSS test) for 500 hours.
